At Komforten, we want to make your shopping experience as easy and affordable as possible. That's why we're proud to offer free shipping on all orders!

Processing Your Order

  • Processing time: Your order will normally be prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days after you place your order.
  • Tracking: As soon as your order has left the warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation via email. It contains a tracking link so you can easily follow your package all the way to your door.

Our Delivery Times

In order to offer you the best possible prices, we use two different warehouses. The delivery time depends on which warehouse your product is shipped from.

  • From our Swedish warehouse:

Delivery time: 1–2 business days.

Shipping method: Trackable shipping with PostNord.

  • From our international warehouse:

Delivery time: 6–12 business days.

Shipping method: Trackable international shipping.

Why? By shipping certain products directly from the factory, we can keep our prices as low as possible for you, the customer.

Customs & Import Fees

  • Important for deliveries from international warehouses: When an item is shipped from a warehouse outside the EU, customs and import fees may apply. As the customer, you are responsible for paying any such fees. The fees are administered by PostNord or the shipping company and are not controlled by Komforten, nor do we earn any money from them.

Delays

Sometimes deliveries can take longer due to circumstances beyond our control, such as delays at the shipping company or unusually high workload at customs. We ask for your understanding in this matter. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service and we will help you investigate the matter.

Unclaimed packages

Your package will normally remain at the post office for 7-14 days. If you do not collect your package within this time, it will be returned to us.

  • NOTE! For packages that are not collected, we reserve the right to charge the customer a fee to cover return shipping, handling, and administrative costs. If you have changed your mind about your purchase, you must first collect the package and then make a standard return.
